These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and services for waste and garbage collection. By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not use our Services.

Services

Bin Rabbit provides a waste and garbage collection service. We will take out and return your designated waste and recycling cans on your scheduled service day.

User Accounts

You may need to create an account to use our Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activity that occurs under your account. 

Service Access

By subscribing to our service, you confirm that you have the right to authorise Bin Rabbit and its helpers to access the designated property for waste and recycling collection.

Service Details

  • Frequency: We offer service options with various frequencies. You can choose the frequency that best suits your needs during the signup process.
  • Number of Cans: Our base service includes taking out and returning one waste can and one recycling can per service visit.
  • Service Location: You are responsible for ensuring clear access to your waste and recycling cans on the scheduled service day. This may include providing gate entry codes, lock combinations, security guard verification, or pet relocation.
  • Unsuccessful Attempts: If Bin Rabbit or its helpers cannot access your cans due to reasons beyond our control, you will not be entitled to a credit or refund.

Pricing and Payment

  • We offer various service plans with different pricing options. You can see the current pricing during signup.
  • We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time with a two-month written notice.
  • Service is billed at the beginning of each month on a recurring basis.
  • You are responsible for paying all applicable taxes associated with the service.
  • By accepting these Terms, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method for the selected service plan.
  • Your service will automatically renew at the end of your chosen plan period unless you cancel it beforehand.

Cancellation

You may cancel your service at any time with one month’s advance notice. Special volume pricing may require a longer cancellation notice period. Cancellation requests must be submitted online through your account or in writing. No partial credits or refunds will be issued for cancellations within a billing period.

Disclaimer of Liability

Bin Rabbit will not be held responsible for:

  • Damage to your waste or recycling cans.
  • Damage to property due to acts of nature, fire, vandalism, misuse, or abuse.
  • Damage to vehicles caused by backing up or hitting your cans.

Customer Satisfaction

We strive for your complete satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with a service, please notify us within seven days so we can address the issue.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will post any changes on our website. Your continued use of our Services following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws without regard to its conflict of law provisions. 

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Bin Rabbit regarding the use of our Services.
